All products sold on this website are virtual in the sense they are either services, licenses or software. You can not return them once you have purchased or downloaded them. You can download, free of charge, a trial version of our product (Ultimate Web Tool) allowing you to fully evaluate our product for 30 days to see if it fulfills your needs and we encourage you to do so.

For all licenses the number of instances or time period purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant Subscription Term. Not making use of the services, licenses or software you bought never gives you the right for a refund.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, product images, specifications or services we supply. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

4. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
